BOOKING & PAYMENT CONDITIONS
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED WITH ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PAYMENT.
This special private agreement encloses between Journey Beyond Asia (hereinafter referred to as "JBA”, "we”, "us”) collects, stores and handles, and you, relatives or acquaintances (hereinafter referred to as "you” and "passenger”) who agree to purchase this package tour and any other touring services on this website.
Your purchase of the tour package or any related services (hereinafter referred to as the services) offered on this website and our booking confirmations shall form a legal agreement between you and JBA. All communications, and booking correspondence (by email, fax, etc.) between us shall be considered mutually binding/agreements and it will be effective immediately after we confirm the services.
You must acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted these terms and conditions before completing your purchase.
HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING
Please note that this special tour is ONLY reserved for you and your relatives/acquaintances and friends.
Should you require any extra services, please register and submit us a completed reservation form on our website or drop us an email with your detailed requirements. You might be able to send us your reservation form via fax or postal mail as well. Please note that we do not accept any booking made by phone and your booking will only be confirmed when completing full payment. JBA’s team will try to reply to you within 48 – 72 working hours after receiving your requests.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment via bank transfer
You can choose to pay via bank transfer to JBA's bank account as follows:
Payment online
Unless otherwise agreed, final payment is due as per invoice latest 30 days prior to arrival.
You will be required full payment at the time of booking and receiving the payment link. When making your booking, you should quote the credit card number from which payment is to be taken. Once your booking has been made, you will be sent confirmation by email. Please check that all the details agree with what you have booked. The following cards are accepted for payment: JCB, American Express, Visa and MasterCard.
This website may have a linking to third party websites, this only supports and offers a secure server for your credit card payments and JBA should not take responsibility for the information usage policies of the operators of these websites.
PRICES
Tour price is specially designed for you and your relatives. You may receive a link with the payment amount that you have agreed to in advance.
All prices are quoted in US dollars. It is converted to VND at the time of payment according to Vietcombank's exchange rate announcement
AIRLINES & AIRPORT INFORMATION
Seat Assignment:
Seat assignment is not always possible in advance. The best way to secure a seat of your choice is to arrive at the station early and request this at check-in.
Airport Security:
Please be aware that our courtesy check-in service is now limited due to the current world security climate. You must have an airline ticket to enter the check-in terminal. Some airports will stipulate that you must check in your own bags. We thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Please note that JBA will not be liable for any consequential loss or damage alleged due to any such refusal to carry or remove en route by the airlines as well as any additional fee you may incur because of cancellation, delay, or rescheduled, missed flight after check-in formality at the airport.
Booking transfer and amendment
After completing your registration and settling the payments successfully, the e-receipt will be sent to your email automatically. If you would like to change/amend any part of your confirmed services, it is subject to availability at that time and extra costs might be applied (if any).
In the case of making full payment before the deadline to get a discount, you might be able to amend your booking to a single room or vice versa afterward, however, the discount promotion policy will be changed accordingly. Kindly contact JBA team at info@jba-dmc.com for further clarification.
CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
Cancellation must be made in writing by email and be received in time (please keep in mind weekends, public holidays, and different time zones on both ends).
The charges below apply unless different terms have been mentioned at the quotation/booking time.

*Remark: If you do not make payment in accordance with the final payment schedule or meet the payment extension deadline (if any), we have a right to release incomplete bookings and CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY will be applied accordingly.
Cancellation made by JBA:
Once your booking is confirmed without payment, we have the right to cancel your room if the following reasons occur.
Except for the above-mentioned reasons, we shall compensate you in accordance with what we agreed on in the contract between JBA and you.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
We will try to accommodate any special requests in regards to hotel allocation, handicapped facilities, and room assignment such as next door, connecting /adjoining room for your personal demand but it’s subject to the vendor’s availability.
FORCE MAJEURE
JBA shall not be liable and make a reimbursement if any unforeseen performances happen such as acts of God, war or war-like operations, government restraint, disasters, political disturbance, strikes (except those involving the employees or agents of the party seeking the protection of this clause), civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, urgent public health concerns such as SARS, bird flu, Covid-19, etc. (whereby the World Health Organization [WHO] declares) which might lead to border closure at departure or/and arrival country and other travel restriction policies or any other cause whatsoever beyond our reasonable control.
INSURANCE AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
The tour price excludes personal insurance but includes group domestic accident insurance, providing coverage of up to VND 100.000.000 (Vietnamese) or USD 10,000 (for foreigners) per case, subject to a primary medical examination. Additional medical expenses must be covered by the patient's personal account or travel insurance.
We highly recommend that passengers purchase Trip Insurance and Travel Insurance when confirming their booking to safeguard against potential force majeure events.
Health requirements for the countries you intend to visit include vaccinations, and preventive treatments. Participants who are refused to join the trip as a result of not complying with the information warned by JBA will not be considered force majeure and will be considered no show with a no-refundable policy applied.
VISA AND PASSPORTS
It is your responsibility to fulfill the passport, visa, and other immigration requirements applicable to your itinerary. You should confirm these with the relevant embassies or consulates. JBA does not take any responsibility in the case you are unable to travel due to not complying with all regulated and required documents from Thailand Immigration and we may treat your booking as a cancellation with a full charge.
Also, please ensure your passport is valid for more than 6 months counted from the date of arrival or departure and make sure there is sufficient space in your passport to allow for all immigration procedures, taking note that all Asia countries require at least 2 blank pages, as they have a full-page visa.
Kindly note that visa service is not included in land cost. Please contact JBA for any visa service or guidance. Please note general information is subject to change concerning visas from our part of the world.
INFORMATION PROVISION AND PRIVACY
You are COMPULSORY TO SUBMIT us your passport information including your companion and children (if any) as well as provide us international flight details at least 7 days before, for Domestic flight and land service arrangements. Please note that passengers will not be able to change or correct their names passenger after air tickets are issued.
For those who FAIL TO SUBMIT it by this deadline although you made full payment, you will take full responsibility to purchase your domestic train, and airfares, and no airport transfers will be arranged.
Your given/input information will be highly respected and protected, we only provide it to the third party such as hotels/venues and local authorities who require your personal information to process and fulfill the trip arrangements that we organize.
When agreed to supply us with your personal information, JBA is totally permitted to use this information to executive the tour arrangements and other related services.
In addition, we are allowed to take any photos that might include you during the trip for our promotional purposes. Unless you advise us otherwise, you consent to such uses of your photographic or video.
CLAIMS
All disputes, claims, and litigation regarding services shall first be settled by way of negotiation and mutual understanding involving ourselves and third-party suppliers at fault. JBA will act as an intermediary and mediator between the client and third-party suppliers and defend the interests of our agent/client.
If a dispute arises, you can contact us directly through our hotline or email. Your complaint will be promptly acknowledged and resolved within 24 hours or as quickly as possible.
In the event that negotiation and mutual understanding fail, any disputes, claims, or litigation will be finally settled by the local court in Vietnam.
